Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced of the systems of yoga today. It uses a variety of practices to balance and harmonise body, mind and spirit.
This is a casual session so you can just turn up on the night and join in, suitable for beginners and those who have attended yoga before.
Wednesday 7.00 – 8.30pm £5.00 per session; or FREE for members of the Fitness Suite
